Found sprite of char

when i was roaming around, for more mugen stages, i stumbled upon this sprite (made by somewon else.)
aperantly its the only sprite, and theres no download link anywhere (cause the creator never finished it)
is there anywon who could make a char out of this only sprite?
or not possible?

Yes it can by editing it.

i know that
but it is possible to edit this only sprite to make other positions (like kicking, punching)
seeing as this is only sprite, its very difficult to do

Ya it difficult but not for a spriter.

ahl, but wait, a spriter needs a sprite sheet does it?
